A World Cup summer means another global celebration of football, the entire world gripped by the events on the pitch in Brazil and what happens in those all-important 90 minutes. The basis of the film comes from a recent survey that discovered incidents of domestic violence in the UK rise 25% following a match involving the England national team. A shocking statistic and an important cause is given a powerful platform in Stuart’s sensitively observed spot.
